Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and free of any makeup or perfume marks.
Generate Shipping Label
Select your preferred return carrier through the portal to download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at the nearest authorized collection point and keep your proof of postage; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
